The American Guild of Court Videographers has a new home.

Welcome to the New AGCV Website!

Everything you need to advance your legal video career — now in one place.

Are you an experienced videographer? A court reporter? Are you just trying to figure out where to start? We have courses to help you every step of the way.

AGCV Has a New Home

If you've been a member or visitor of the AGCV, you're in the right place — we've made a move. Our website has a new home, and it's better than ever. Everything you knew and relied on is now here at agcv.com, rebuilt and expanded with more courses, a more active community, and a streamlined path to professional certifications. Whether you're brand new to legal videography or a seasoned pro, this is your professional home.

What This Means for You

Your resources are still here.

All of the training materials, certification programs, and professional tools that made the AGCV valuable are still here — now organized more clearly and easier to access than ever. You'll find everything on our Courses, Certifications, and Community pages.

Same organization, expanded platform.

The AGCV is now powered by a modern platform that brings together courses, community forums, a member directory, and a blog — all in one place. As an AGCV member, you gain access to member-only forums, tools, marketing resources, and exclusive discounts, plus all the training content you're already familiar with.

Certifications still front and center.

The AGCV's three professional certifications — CDVS, CEVS, and CTTS — are alive and well. They demonstrate your expertise to attorneys, firms, and clients. If you're ready to earn or renew a certification, our Certifications page has everything you need to get started.

The Legal Video Forum and LitPro Academy are here too.

If you came here from the Legal Video Forum or LitPro Academy, welcome — you're in the right place. Both communities and their course libraries have been consolidated into the AGCV. See our dedicated transition pages for details.

Frequently asked questions

You've got questions. We've got answers.

How do I add a question and answer to my FAQ section?

If you had an account on the old agcv.com website, you will need to create a new account here. We apologize for the inconvenience — please contact us at info@agcv.com and we'll make sure you're set up with the appropriate access and that any paid content or certifications you had are honored.

Are my Certifications still valid?

Absolutely! Your CDVS, CEVS, or CTTS certification is still fully valid and recognized. Everything is now under one roof at the new AGCV. If you need a replacement certificate or have any questions about your credentials, reach out to us at info@agcv.com.

Where did the Member Directory go?

The Member Directory is right here! You can find it in the top navigation under "Directory." Certified members can be searched by name or location, just as before.

What happened to the Forums?

The member forums are now part of our Community section. Log in and navigate to Community to access discussion topics. EDGE and GROW members have access to private discussion threads in addition to the public topics.
